A new investor joined the shareholders of Gymsteer – the Pracuj Ventures Fund. We are glad to announce that, once again, our law firm was given the honour to advise the Company and its Founders in the negotiations on the investment conditions.

The Fund will support the Company in developing the sales of pay per entry to employers as an employee benefit and in further expanding the network of available sports facilities.

Gymsteer is a platform for fitness clubs that provides for the comprehensive, intuitive, and efficient management of a fitness club. As part of its principal activity, the Company develops its marketplace with access to sports facilities in the pay per entry model, where anyone (both individually and through the Employer) may buy an open access or entry to selected classes. Apart form the marketplace, the Company also offers a system for managing sports facilities in the SaaS model. 

Pracuj Ventures is an investment fund investing in innovative HRTech and EduTech enterprises, with contributed amounts ranging from PLN 500 thousand to 2 million. It was founded in 2019 by Grupa Pracuj and some of its shareholders. Within the next 3 years it is going to support about 10-12 companies. The fund’s managing partners are Maciej Noga and Paweł Leks – co-founders of Grupa Pracuj.
