He is a Polish patent attorney (UPRP), a professional representative before the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and an IP arbitrator at the Warsaw Arbitration Court.

As a patent attorney, he specialises in industrial property protection, intellectual property and anti-unfair competition cases. He assists in obtaining and maintaining patents, trademarks and industrial designs before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP), the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and courts.

He graduated in pharmaceuticals from UCL in London. He has conducted scientific research in Poland, the United States and headed the R&D department of a medical company.
