DEFINITIONS

Alertes — one of the Services, consisting in sending information via e-mail regarding current changes in the law; The alert can also be sent in the form of a Newsletter (Newsletter Regulations are below)

Privacy Policy — a document describing the processing and protection of personal data by LAWMORE, supplementing the Regulations

Regulation — these terms and conditions for the provision of services by LAWMORE

Service — website available at www.lawmore.pl which is the property of LAWMORE

deal — a contract for the provision of Services other than legal assistance or business advice concluded between LAWMORE and the User under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions

Services — services provided electronically to Users by LAWMORE

User — a person using the Services on the terms indicated in the Regulations

INTRODUCTION

The Regulations define the general conditions of use of the Services of LAWMORE - an entity providing Services related to legal assistance and business advice in the scope indicated on the Website, on the rules each time determined individually with a given User and on the basis of the Regulations, as well as Services related to Alerts and access to the Website on the basis of the Regulations.

The Regulations are made available on the Website free of charge to each User prior to the conclusion of the Agreement, as well as — at his request — in such a way as to enable the content of the Regulations to be obtained, reproduced and recorded using the ICT system used by the User.

The User may use the Services only after first reading the content of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If the User does not accept the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, he/she should not use the Services.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

In order to use the Services, the following minimum technical requirements must be met by the User: (a) a device with Internet access b) an installed and updated version of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Safari with JavaScript and Cookies enabled, (c) an active e-mail account (email).

The use of the Website is free of charge subject to possible data transmission costs arising from contracts concluded by the User with telecommunications operators or other Internet providers and in the scope of such data transmission.

It is forbidden to provide illegal content and use the Services in a manner contrary to the provisions of the Regulations, applicable law, good customs and principles of social coexistence.

LAWMORE does not post offers submitted in electronic form as part of the Website.

The Website and its components, including design and content, are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. These elements may not be reproduced, distributed or published by the User, in part or in whole without the consent of LAWMORE.

LAWMORE provides Services consisting in a) the possibility of familiarizing the User with the scope of actions taken by LAWMORE in connection with the conducted legal activities and business advice, b) sending Alerts, c) providing legal assistance and business advice.

The Regulations constitute the basis for the provision by LAWMORE of the services referred to in points (a) and (b) above.

The use of the Website is not directly related to the provision of legal assistance by LAWMORE, and the taking of legal assistance by LAWMORE is subject to the conclusion of a separate agreement between LAWMORE and the User, in which mutual obligations, LAWMORE remuneration and other relevant conditions necessary for LAWMORE to take action will be established.

LEGAL ASSISTANCE. BUSINESS CONSULTING

In the case of the provision by LAWMORE of the Services related to the provision of legal assistance or business advice, the provisions of this clause apply, unless the User and LAWMORE in a separate agreement have established other rules of cooperation.

The order to perform the Service by the User is made by telephone or electronic contact. The provision of the Service is paid in advance.

Services are provided from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

The User is obliged to provide a comprehensive presentation of the facts to which legal assistance or business advice is provided, and in case of such necessity, also to clarify any issues necessary for the proper performance of the Service by LAWMORE.

Legal assistance or business consulting services are provided after LAWMORE and the User have signed an order documenting the most important obligations of both parties.

In the event that LAWMORE sends an order to the User, in order to accept it and sign it, it is considered that it is an offer to conclude a contract for the provision of services under the conditions specified in the order. This offer is valid for a period of 7 days from the date it is sent by LAWMORE and expires after that time. In the event that the User submits a counter-offer, the express acceptance of the terms of the counteroffer by LAWMORE is necessary for the conclusion of the contract.

The contract for the provision of legal assistance or business consulting services is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer by the User.

The customer authorizes LAWMORE to issue a VAT invoice without the signature of the recipient and to issue an electronic invoice. At the request of the User, a paper invoice may be issued.

LAWMORE begins to provide legal assistance or business consulting services at the time of obtaining knowledge of the payment by the User of the remuneration due to LAWMORE.

If the remuneration of LAWMORE established on the basis of preliminary findings regarding a legal or business issue proves to be significantly disproportionate to the necessary workload or insufficient to resolve the legal or business situation of the User, LAWMORE will propose to change the remuneration for the performance of the Service. The User who does not agree to the change of remuneration may withdraw from the Agreement.

LAWMORE is entitled to disclose or invoke the fact of cooperation with the User.

LAWMORE may order the performance of the Services from a subcontractor, if this does not affect its performance in any way. LAWMORE is liable to the User as for its own action or omission for the acts and omissions of persons with whom it performs its obligations or to whom it entrusts the performance of their obligations.

ALERTS

Alert is one of the Services provided by LAWMORE under the Terms and Conditions.

Alerts are sent to the User's e-mail box. Alerts are sent irregularly, depending on the frequency of changes in the law. LAWMORE is only entitled to assess whether a given change in the law requires the preparation and dispatch of the Alert.

Alerts do not constitute the provision of legal aid or contain commercial information, are intended to inform Users about changes in regulations, nor do they constitute an offer to conclude any contract. The User is not entitled to assert any claims related to the content of the alerts, provided that the content in question did not violate the provisions of the general law.

You may opt out of the provision of the Alert Service by LAWMORE to you at any time. For this purpose, the User may contact LAWMORE by e-mail at biuro@lawmore.pl, by letter to the address of the registered office of LAWMORE or through the link contained in each Alert sent by LAWMORE to the User.

COMPLAINTS

You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Services. The complaint should contain at least data enabling identification of the User and indicating reasonable objections and remarks to the Services. Complaints can be submitted by sending a message to the e-mail address biuro@lawmore.pl or by letter to the address of the registered office of LAWMORE.

The complaint should be submitted no later than within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the event, which is the subject of the complaint.

LAWMORE shall process complaints within 14 working days, unless the User has not described the subject matter and scope of the complaint in a way that allows it to be considered or has not provided data enabling identification of the User. In this case, the deadline for consideration of the complaint runs from the day on which the User provided LAWMORE with the missing information.

The response to the complaint LAWMORE shall be directed to the address indicated by the User in his complaint or in another form chosen by him (phone/e-mail address).

CONSUMERS

The user who is a consumer within the meaning of the law may withdraw from the Agreement concluded with LAWMORE on the basis of the provisions of the law, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of its conclusion. The term is considered to have been observed if, before its expiration, the User sends a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement.

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded outside the premises of the enterprise or at a distance shall not be granted to the consumer in respect of contracts for the provision of services if the trader has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the commencement of the service that after the performance of the service by the entrepreneur he will lose the right of withdrawal from the contract.

AMENDMENT OF THE RULES

LAWMORE is entitled to change the Regulations in case of legal changes, changes in the way of providing services, changes in the form of activity of LAWMORE, as well as in case of technical changes related to the IT infrastructure used.

The amendment of the Regulations is effective within 14 days from the date of publication of the information about the change on the Website.

Any change to the Terms and Conditions, as long as the User is a Consumer, should be confirmed by him. In case of non-acceptance of the changes, the User is not entitled to use the Website from the moment of amendment of the Regulations, and to the other extent the version of the Regulations in the current version at the time of provision of Services to him by LAWMORE shall apply.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The law applicable to the obligations arising from the Regulations is Polish law. Contracts are concluded in Polish.

The consumer has the opportunity to use alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR) to judicial proceedings, in particular through mediation, conciliation or arbitration (arbitration court). The consumer may also take advantage of out-of-court means of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims by submitting his complaint via the EU ODR web application, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

If the User does not wish to use the ADR or ODR, any disputes arising under the Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the common court, determining the jurisdiction of the court should be guided by the rules specified in the relevant legal act of the User who is a consumer.

Disputes arising between LAWMORE and the User, who is not at the same time a consumer, shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction for LAWMORE's registered office.

Privacy Policy located herein It is a supplement to the Regulations.

NEWSLETTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

Newsletter — a free service provided electronically, consisting of LAWMORE providing Users with information about news, sending legal alerts, information about various law-related events and other materials such as e-books, as well as information related to LAWMORE's activities, in the form of an electronic letter, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the User;

Website — websites, the administrator of which is LAWMORE, located at the following internet address: www.lawmore.pl

User — an entity with full legal capacity, using the Newsletter service in accordance with these Regulations and for whose benefit LAWMORE provides Newsletter services electronically.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE

The Newsletter subscription service is provided by LAWMORE to Users who voluntarily agree to it.

In order to activate the Newsletter subscription service, the User must have a device with Internet access, an installed and updated Internet browser and an active e-mail address (e-mail).

In order to subscribe to the Newsletter, the User orders the service through the form available on the Website. Upon activation of the subscription via a link sent to the e-mail address provided in the manner indicated above, an agreement is concluded between LAWMORE and the User for the provision of the Newsletter service for an indefinite period.

The User may terminate the contract for the provision of the Newsletter service at any time with immediate effect by deactivating the subscription. The cancellation of the Newsletter takes place by activating the corresponding link in the footer of each electronic letter sent as part of the Newsletter service.

The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of Users' personal data is LAWMORE. LAWMORE processes personal data of Users in the field of name, surname and e-mail address only for the purpose of providing the Newsletter service. The conditions for processing personal data and the cessation of their processing are regulated by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Regulations, available herein.

COMPLAINTS

The User has the right to lodge a complaint about the services of the Newsletter. The complaint should contain at least data enabling identification of the User and indicating justified objections and comments to the Newsletter. The complaint should be sent to the address biuro@lawmore.pl or the address of the registered office of LAWMORE.

LAWMORE shall process complaints within 14 working days, unless the User has not described the subject matter and scope of the complaint in a way that allows it to be considered or has not provided data enabling identification of the User.

The response to the complaint LAWMORE shall be directed to the e-mail address indicated by the User.

FINAL PROVISIONS

LAWMORE may amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal reasons (change of generally applicable law provisions regarding LAWMORE's business or form of LAWMORE's business) or technical reasons (modernization of the Website infrastructure, change of services). Users will be informed about the change of the Terms and Conditions in an e-mail sent 7 (seven) days before the entry into force of the Regulations in the new version. During this time, the User should accept the amended Terms and Conditions or refuse to accept them and terminate the contract for the provision of Newsletter services with immediate effect.

In the event of a dispute with LAWMORE, the User being a consumer is entitled to apply to the permanent amicable consumer court with a request to settle the dispute. The consumer can also apply for mediation or settlement to another arbitration court (use alternative dispute resolution methods known as ADR). For this purpose, it is necessary to submit to LAWMORE, depending on the will of the Consumer, a request for mediation or a request for consideration of the case in an amicable court. The list and addresses of entities conducting such proceedings shall be available from the authorities conducting them, including on the websites they conduct. The consumer may also take advantage of out-of-court means of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims by submitting his complaint via the EU ODR online platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Disputes arising between LAWMORE and the User, who is not at the same time a consumer, shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction for LAWMORE's registered office.

The agreements resulting from these Regulations, concluded between the User and LAWMORE are concluded in Polish and on the basis of Polish law, with the proviso that this reservation may not result in depriving the User who is a consumer of the protection resulting from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence of the User.
