This Privacy Policy is a document linked to the regulations of the lawmore.pl website available at this address https://lawmore.pl/regulamin (“Terms and Conditions”). The definitions of terms used in the Terms and Conditions apply accordingly in the case of the Privacy Policy.

The policy is informative and fulfills the information obligations imposed on LAWMORE as a data controller by the GDPR, i.e. Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The Policy describes the principles of processing personal data both in the scope of processes carried out through the lawmore.pl website, as well as outside it, as part of the provision of legal services and taking other actions by the entity indicated in paragraph 1.1. of this Policy.

1. ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA

  • The administrator of personal data of users of the Website, including recipients of Alerts, persons visiting the Website, using legal services and contacting LAWMORE (hereinafter collectively as “Users”) is LAWMORE Maciejewicz Jaraczewski sp. k. 2. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING

  • The scope, purposes and legal bases for processing personal data by LAWMORE are presented in the table below.

  • The provision of personal data within the Services is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may prevent the provision of personal data or the response to a request made.
  • LAWMORE does not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).
  • LAWMORE will not perform profiling, including automated decision-making, based on your personal data.
  • In some cases, LAWMORE may obtain personal data from the employer/customer/principal of the data subject. In this case, the source of the personal data is the entity with which the data subject cooperates. The purposes for which such personal data may be processed by LAWMORE are indicated in the table above.

3. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

  • LAWMORE may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties in order to perform the activities indicated in the Regulations and to serve the User. In this case, the recipients of the User's data may be: the hosting provider for the Website, the e-mail operator, the company that supports the technical implementation of the Services (software company), the provider of the service for sending e-mail messages, consultants and lawyers cooperating with LAWMORE, entities providing solutions for examining traffic on the website.
  • Personal data collected by LAWMORE may also be made available to: the relevant state authorities at their request under the relevant legal provisions or to other persons and entities - in cases provided for by law.
  • Each entity to which LAWMORE entrusts to process the personal data of Users, based on the contract of entrustment of personal data, guarantees an adequate level in terms of security and confidentiality of the processing of personal data. The processor may further entrust the processing of the User's personal data, only on the basis of LAWMORE's prior consent.
  • The provision of personal data to unauthorized entities according to the Privacy Policy may take place only with the prior consent of the User whose data concerns.

4. THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

  • Each User has the right to: (a) delete personal data collected about him from both the system belonging to LAWMORE and from the databases of entities with which LAWMORE cooperates or cooperates, (b) restrict data processing, (c) transfer personal data collected by LAWMORE about the User, including receiving it in a structured form, (d) request from LAWMORE access to his personal data and rectify them, (e) object to the processing, (f) withdraw LAWMORE's consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; (g) filing a complaint against LAWMORE with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

5. OTHER DATA

  • LAWMORE may store http requests, therefore certain information may be recorded in the server log files, including the IP address of the computer from which the request came, the name of the User's station — identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible, the date and time of the system within the Service and the arrival of the request, the number of bytes sent by the server, the URL of the page previously visited by the User, if entered through the link, information about the User's browser, information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction. Logs may be collected as material for proper administration of the Service. Access to information is available only to persons authorized to administer the information system. Log files can be analyzed in order to compile statistics of traffic on the Website and errors occurring. The summary of such information does not identify the User.

6. SECURITY

  • LAWMORE applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data technically and organizationally against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, taking by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the law and alteration, loss, damage or destruction, among others SSL certificates are used. The collection of collected personal data of Users is stored on a secure server and the data is also protected by LAWMORE's internal procedures in the field of personal data processing and information security policy.
  • LAWMORE has also implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as pseudonymisation, designed to effectively enforce data protection principles, such as data minimization, and to give processing the necessary safeguards to comply with GDPR requirements and protect the rights of data subjects.
  • LAWMORE indicates that the use of the Internet and services provided electronically may be at risk of malicious software (malware) entering the IT system and device of the User, as well as unauthorized access to the User's data, including personal data, by third parties. In order to minimize these risks, the User should apply appropriate technical security, e.g. using up-to-date antivirus programs or protecting the User's identification on the Internet. In order to obtain detailed and professional information regarding the preservation of security on the Internet, LAWMORE recommends that you consult them with entities specializing in this type of IT services.

7. COOKIES

  • In order for the Website to function properly, LAWMORE uses cookies technology. Cookies are packets of information stored on the User's device, via the Website, usually containing information consistent with the purpose of a given file, with the help of which the User uses the Website — these are usually: address of the website, date of placement, expiration date, unique number and additional information consistent with the purpose of a given file.
  • LAWMORE uses two types of Cookies: (a) session cookies, which are permanently deleted at the end of the User's browser session; (b) persistent cookies, which remain after the end of the browser session on the User's device until they are deleted.
  • On the basis of cookies, both session and permanent, it is not possible to establish the identity of the User. The Cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data.
  • Cookies used by LAWMORE are safe for the User's device, in particular they do not allow viruses or other software to enter the device.
  • Files generated directly by LAWMORE cannot be read by other websites. External Cookies (i.e. cookies placed by an entity cooperating with LAWMORE) can be read by an external server.
  • The User can independently change the settings regarding Cookies at any time, specifying the conditions of their storage, through the settings of the web browser or by configuring the service, as well as using the functionality of the website.
  • First of all, the User may disable the saving of Cookies on his device, in accordance with the instructions of the browser manufacturer, but this may cause the inaccessibility of part or all of the functions offered as part of the Website.
  • The user can also independently delete cookies stored on his device at any time, in accordance with the instructions of the browser manufacturer.
  • LAWMORE uses its own Cookies for the following purposes: authentication of the User, maintaining the User's session; configuration; analysis and study of viewership, the number of clicks and the path of movement on the Website in order to improve the appearance and organization of the content within the Service, the time spent on the website, the number and frequency of visits to the Website.
  • LAWMORE uses Third Party Cookies for the following purposes: to create (anonymous) statistics to optimize usability.
