With Finzer, users can save half the time it takes to make sound investment decisions by leveraging massive data resources from around the world and effective alert systems.

Finzer, as a pioneer in creating an advanced tool for monitoring financial markets. The client had to hedge against potential risks arising from the interpretation of the position of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) regarding work consultancy, although Finzer himself did not provide such services. Finzer also processes large amounts of data, the processing purpose of which must be justified and the extent compliant with the GDPR. In addition, the customer's users are also consumers, so the documents must take into account a wide range of consumer rights, interpretations of the UOKiKU, etc.

What was the scope of cooperation?

The scope of cooperation included comprehensive legal support in the development of key documents regulating Finzer's business, such as the terms of use of the platform, privacy policy and agreements.

As part of the cooperation, we prepared a comprehensive rules of use of the Finzer platform, which precisely defined the rules for using the tools and services available on the platform. We have also created a privacy policy in accordance with the GDPR, analyzing data minimization issues. We developed contract templates that clearly spelled out the rights and obligations of both parties. In addition, in connection with the interpretation of the KNF position in the field of labor consulting, we determined the risks associated with the potential misclassification of the platform's activities as a form of labor counseling.
