LAWMORE as an advisor of Parklot in the acquisition by wakacje.pl

Owned by Wirtualna Polska Holding, a website Wakacje.pl took over Parklot.pl, a website intermediating in booking parking spaces at the biggest airports in Poland.

We are happy to inform you that in the sales process we represented Parklot. The transaction is specially important to us as we have co-operated with our client from the very first day of operation of the business—2 years ago we registered a limited liability company, and last week we completed the process of selling it to the WP holding.

Parklot.pl is a website created for booking parking spaces at nearly 50 parking lots at major airports in Poland. Its founder and President is Bartłomiej Niespodziany. The Parklot team will handle the entire parking product of Wakacje.pl.

Apart from that multiagent, the Wirtualna Polska holding owns specialised tourist companies: My Travel, Nocowanie.pl and Eholiday.pl. Wirtualna is also a minority shareholder of eSky.pl.
