LAWMORE AN ADVISOR AT AN INVESTMENT IN NIELONE – AN INVESTMENT BY, AMONG OTHERS, PRO 3 AND ATLANTIS DEWELOPER

Planeat (formerly Nielone) has gained PLN 1.1 million from business angels, among others, Pro 3 and Atlantis Deweloper of Opole. In this process, we were responsible for preparing full investment documentation for the company.

Planeat is a foodtech startup that produces plant-based meat substitutes based on soya and pea protein. The company primarily offers plant-based cutlets – Nielone – a raw substitute for minced meat to be used to prepare veggieballs, cutlets, dumplings, lasagne, or bolognese sauce. Recently, other products have become available, such as protein- or pea-based gyros. All these products are vegan and gluten-free and are suitable for baking, frying and grilling. The founders of Planeat are Andy Staniek and Martyna Polak.
