Mateusz Trzewik

Legal adviser, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

He specializes in transaction advisory in the area of mergers and acquisitions of companies and debt financing on the non-public market. He represented both buyers and sellers in transactions, including those involving closed-end investment funds and family foundations.

He also has experience in day-to-day corporate support of companies at every stage of their activity, including reorganization processes.

Before joining the Law Firm, he gained experience working with, among others, an expert law firm specializing in M&A transactions and with a leading non-bank investment fund company.

As part of his practice, he advised, among others, on:

· Goliath International Holding B.V. on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Lucky Duck Games sp. z o.o.;

· shareholders of companies from the Dom Whisky Group upon the sale of 80% of shares to an external investor;

· Develia S.A. in connection with the conclusion by the company of a cooperation agreement within the framework of a joint venture, among others, with investment funds managed by Rockbridge TFI S.A.;

· to Ostendi Global sp. z o.o., which is the owner of the OstenDiHR platform, and its partners in connection with the implementation of the investment round, which consisted of obtaining investments from Smartlink Partners;

· Takoni sp. z o.o. on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Metkom Król sp. z o.o. and SW Armatura sp. z o.o., specializing in solutions in the field of pipelines, gas and power installations.
