Legal support for startups

Soon, on 22 July 2020, the next edition of the program “Legal support for start-ups,” organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, will be launched. The aim of the project is to fund legal support for startups in the field of cooperation with investors and service recipients. A startup may obtain as much as PLN 25,000, with no own contribution. So, if you have a micro, small, or medium enterprise that:

• has operated for no longer than 5 years,
• has obtained operating income for no longer than 3 years preceding the application date,
• has a document confirming that an investor is interested in initiating or continuing an investment process,

you may receive additional funding for, among other things:

• legal support as part of legal due diligence,
• legal advice related to the service provision within your business activity,
• legal support in negotiations with a VC Fund or another investor,
• legal consultations concerning you startup activity.
