An expert in the field of Venture Capital investment in technological companies. She has provided counselling to, among others: Adamed Pharma, Luma Investment, TVN Ventures, iTaxi, Booksy and Brand24. She was distinguished in the all-Poland rank Rising Stars: Lawyers—Leaders of Tomorrow 2017.

Her area of expertise covers supporting investments in private equity. She advises in issues connected with the investment structure and form of raising capital, as well as relations between investors and entities raising capital, including startups. What is more, she is experienced in the field of cross- border venture capital transactions. A mentor in acceleration programs and business incubators. She matches startups with investment funds and business angels. The author of numerous publications. She has introduced a term founders agreement to Polish market. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, accomplished with distinction Master’s degree studies in law.
