Bio

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions. Professionally, he is also interested in the legal regulation of capital markets, including in particular bonds, public offerings and equity crowdfunding.

He has participated in numerous investment processes in the VC market, M&A transactions, and worked on projects implementing option programs. On a daily basis, he advises clients on establishing and making changes in the structures of commercial law companies.

He provides legal assistance in Polish and English.

Privately, he is a karate instructor and a fan of active lifestyle, as well as a literature enthusiast.
