She has numerous years of experience in advising business entities, including enterprises at an early stage (startups), as well as a listed company. She has advised venture capital and private equity funds in conducted transactions and current operations.

She has provided comprehensive corporate advisory. Aneta has supported companies in the M&A processes in the capital market, transformation projects, due diligence and debt restructuring. She has supervised and exercised the satisfaction of disclosure requirements of a public company.

She has gained experience working for one of the largest companies in the HR industry in Central and Eastern Europe, working for investment funds and law firms.

A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. A graduate of post-graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics in the fields of Law and Economy of Capital Markets and the Academy of Companies. She completed Postgraduate Studies in Business and Commercial Law, University of Wrocław. A graduate of the School of American Law, Chicago Kent College of Law, CBKE Universities Wrocław.
