Omnipack has raised new capital from private investors, which it will use for further growth and international expansion. In this process, we had the pleasure to advise the private investors.    

Omnipack was founded by experienced managers from Poland, who have been involved in building businesses in the e-commerce logistics industry for many years. They used their expertise in technology and effective customer acquisition to create an international company that provides full-stack fulfilment service, that is full operational shipping service for e-commerce. The company was found by Tomasz Kasperski, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, and Rafał Szcześniewski, Founder & Chief Logistics Officer.   

The company offers warehousing, packaging, shipping, managing returns, and a range of auxiliary services to the e-commerce industry across Europe.
