Our strong point is numerous years of experience in e-commerce

Since the very beginning of our law-firm e-commerce has been one of our major specialisations. Our many years’ experience is often the added value for our clients. If you are just starting your e-commerce business, we will help you find solutions which will be optimal from a legal point of view. If you, on the other hand, have pursued your online business for a long time, we will help you focus on its further development instead of considering legal issues.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policies

We prepare terms of service for stores, marketplaces, any type of advertising platforms and other e-commerce projects. We create privacy policies compatible with terms of service.

Legal audit of a website or store

It involves much more than appropriate terms of service and privacy policy to have your website well implemented from a legal point of view. There are also tabs, checkboxes, information clauses and e-mails with relevant content e.g. confirming an order, required by the law.

Consumer law

Consumers enjoy special rights which are additionally watched by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów). We help you exercise those rights, so as to prevent various claims on that account. We also participate in consumer disputes.

GDPR implementations

For one year since the GDPR came into force we have carried out more than 100 implementations. It must be noted that it is not enough to implement a privacy policy alone. You need also a safety policy and an instruction for managing the IT system in the first place, what’s more, sometimes you have to appoint a data protection officer and carry out a DPIA.

Unfair competition acts

More often than not the Internet is the scene of unfair competition acts, e.g. when another entity’s reputation is used in AdWords or, more generally, in advertising, or sales methods which an entity has elaborated for years is used by its competition. We help our clients combat acts of unfair competition.

Marketing in the Internet

Sometimes sending commercial information in line with the law is a real challenge. Similarly, displaying legal ads. We help our clients face those challenges.
