The Netsprint Group bought a 70% stake in WhitePress and now is the biggest content marketing platform in Poland.

WhitePress is a startup from Bielsko-Biała, which within 3 years became the leading company in Polish market in the field of distribution of sponsored content. After more than two years of the co-operation, WhitePress and the Netsprint Group decided to combine their forces. The effect will be a platform of content marketing and native advertising unique within Europe. The companies announce expansion into foreign markets.

The LAWMORE team working on this transaction was led by Michał Kulka with support of Oskar Kopiński, Esq.

We are happy about the fact that the approach to content marketing activities is ever more strategic and integrated. Since we combined our forces with WhitePress, we will be able to provide comprehensive support to our business partners—on the one hand publishers, and on the other media houses and interactive agencies as well as direct marketers. Our joint offer includes the full range of content marketing activities—from creation of a strategy, through content production, to its precise, effective distribution on the basis of big data, comments Artur Banach, CEO of the Netsprint Group.

We are happy that after two years of close co-operation we found ourselves in the Netsprint Group. By combining our forces we will offer marketers a unique area of distribution and an extensive range of tools to help them reach customers on the basis of valuable, substantive content, summarises Paweł Strykowski, CEO of WhitePress. Also publishers will benefit, as they will be able to increase their income from the field of content marketing more easily.
