A Warsaw-based startup, Instreamly, has gained PLN 4.8 million from PKO VC and two foreign VC funds – Supernode Global and Colopl Next. Once again, the Lawyers of our Law Firm advised the company at a funding round. This time, the round was based on the use of a convertible bond instrument, that is a loan that will convert into shares at the next funding round.
A year ago, the company gained funding from a Polish VC fund – SMOK Ventures.
InStreamly is a startup that connects micro-influencers and brands in the streaming world and automates the positioning of a brand in streaming. The funding will in the first place be used to strengthen its position in Germany, France, Scandinavia, and Italy, and to expand into further European markets.
