A Polish company designing indoor vertical gardens, 4Nature System, has gained PLN 1 million from the Simpact VC fund. Our Law Firm negotiated the transaction terms on behalf of the startup.
4Nature System is a proptech startup operating both in the Polish market and abroad, specialised in combining office furniture and nature with the use of the IoT (Internet of Things) technology.
Simpact is the first investment fund in Poland based on the idea of the so-called impact investing, where the key criterion for investing and involving in technological projects is their positive impact on the society and natural environment. It was established as part of the Bridge Alpha programme coordinated by the National Centre for Research and Development.
