We prepare and analyse transaction documents (investment/shareholders agreement, company’s deed, securities). We support founders in the negotiation process, from the preliminary discussions until the closing. Prior to the investment, we prepare the company to investor due diligence, what significantly accelerates the investment process.
We prepare option programs for company’s employees (ESOP). We have already worked out several different models (also for limited liability companies); depending on company’s needs we can suggest most beneficial form, adequate to individual circumstances.
